Finally, we’re in an age where we work to live and not the other way around! Bachelor[ette] parties are getting more and more extra by the day…and we’re not mad at it! And since people are getting married later in life–with that comes more $$$ to have more fun, but unfortunately less time to plan. So, when asked to plan the celebration of a lifetime, what’s a bougie girl (or boy) to do? Enter the bespoke travel & event planning company of the future–BachBoss! From booking (and vetting) accommodations, organizing excursions and activities, and coordinating transportation–they literally take care of everything.

tell us more!

Doesn’t that sound MAGICAL?! So, let’s get into the deets. The first step is to set up a quick call with one of their agents (bosses) to discuss everything from dates and budgets to interests, destinations, and requests. From there, your dedicated boss works their magic and will propose the perfect trip for you and your crew, laying out a detailed itinerary and we mean detailed! And more than that, they’ll provide peace of mind for an elevated and memorable bachelor or bachelorette party with a seamless process.

accommodations

sonnie-hiles-iANAdaNu7mg-unsplash

No more spending hours scrolling every travel site on the internet for a place to stay and hoping for the best, BachBoss will do all of that leg work for you. Just describe your dream accommodations and they’ll make it happen. Want a villa with a pool? Done. A modern desert estate? You got it. All you have to do is show up, look cute, and just let the memories happen.

activities

not my pic

As fun as bach activities are, they’re always so hard to come up with! We know you’ve been there, spending hours sifting through cringey games on Pinterest trying to find the right one, or sorting through votes via text for an excursion that everyone will love. No more! At BachBoss, this is literally what they do, it’s what they live for, so make sure to be upfront with your goals and vibe that you’re going for (adventure, relaxation, culture, partying) and they’ll make it a reality.

meals

sincerely-media-UFs5Tfa1pZM-unsplash

Restaurant reservations, grocery deliveries for your villa, juggling dietary restrictions, liquor calculations…seriously, who has the time? Not you babe, you’re a boss! BachBoss will curate your entire culinary experience for your trip. You want the best chocolate croissants in Paris waiting for you when you wake up Day 1? What about a rez at that place that’s so hard to get into, you have to book months in advance? In a remote location? What about a private catered meal with floral centerpieces, wine pairing, and obvi the most Instagramable table settings you’ve ever seen? Yeah…they’re that good!

on-call concierge

A+Spa+Owner's+Guide+To+Bringing+The+Spa+Vibes+Home

And while this service is an absolute dream in real life, things can happen, so obvi, BachBoss has prepared for that. Like we said, they’re experts! Your on-call concierge is always there for you if you need anything. From a change of plans to a travel hiccup, they’ve got everything under control so you don’t have to. Let go, enjoy!

swag and decor

_ 3

What would a bach party be without some swag? BachBoss knows just how to get your crew ready to party! From matching travel tees and other personalized welcome goodies to decorating your hotel or venue, they know how to set the mood.

transportation

dino-reichmuth-A5rCN8626Ck-unsplash

This is probably the most stressful part of organizing any trip. You want to make sure that everyone gets from point A to point B safely and knowing who to hire and who to trust can be a bit sketch, to say the least. Luckily, BachBoss will do all that work for you and make sure you have a safe and comfortable ride to get you to every fun destination! No DDs or sketchy UBER drivers necessary!

And that’s just the tip of the iceberg! If you can imagine it, they can make it happen. Get that Pinterest board started and let BachBoss take care of the rest.

only happy tiers here

IMG_1475

BachBoss offers three different tiers of experiences that can be curated to fit your group’s specific budget and needs. Tier I is an itinerary proposal. Plus, they’ll throw in some fun surprises along the way and you and your crew will get access to exclusive discounts with their top-notch vendors around the world! Garden Bridal Shower Ideas

Have a bride that wants to feel like she’s in her own fairytale? A garden bridal shower is the way to go! Designed by Kelsie Elise Connelly, Gabrielle’s shower started with big floral dreams and a hunt for the perfect backyard to transform. Luckily, Haymount Homes was on their way to renovating a home in the Historic Haymount District of Fayetteville, North Carolina into the English cottage that we were looking for.

A backyard lined from corner to corner in beautiful greenery was the picturesque space that we needed to create Gabrielle’s Garden. The design began centered around the idea of a large greenery arch with dripping florals surrounding the head table. Thistle & Moon was the perfect choice for this event. They were just as excited as we were to execute our dream floral arch and used a stunning variety of blooms to create all of the arrangements, including dahlias, zinnias, cosmos, tulips, cappuccino roses, delphinium, lisianthus and more.

Bridal Shower Decor

Compote arrangements and ikebana cups lined the tables and buffet and a matching swag hung on a tall shiplap wall used for photos. A selection of rentals from Greenhouse Picker Sisters were carefully selected to build the ambience of the afternoon. Guests were greeted by a large vintage gold mirror with a custom welcome calligraphy by Meraki Creative

Long farm tables and bentwood chairs filled the space. The tabletops were accented with scalloped white chargers, gold-rimmed white plates, and gold flatware. A custom brunch menu created by Kelsie Elise Connelly and hand-tied cotton napkins were placed upon the plates. A variety of pink goblets, clear champagne flutes, and baby blue taper candles rounded out the look. Thrifted vintage books and tea pots were nestled between floral arrangements on top of long white cheesecloth runners. Guests found their seats with custom acrylic lavender place cards made by Modlode.

Tropical Bride and Groom Arch

If you can’t bring the wedding to Cabo – bring Cabo to your Calgary wedding! This bride and groom transformed their local Canadian views into a tropical inspired destination wedding that makes us want to take a vacay. From earthy, laser cut wooden signage to warm and rich tones, keep reading to see how you can bring the beauty of Mexico into your local wedding.

Gorgeous photography by Nora Hanako Photography.

Mexican Themed Invitation Suite

This is such a colorful and unique invitation suite created with destination art prints from a local photographer, and designed to look like a postcard from a tropical location!

The couple had this to say about their amazing event designer, Rebekah Brontë Designs:

“From our very first meeting Rebekah took our vague ideas of what we envisioned, and completely ran with them. We had mentioned a hotel in Cabo that we really fell in love with and had originally hoped to get married at. Rebekah came up with the idea of bringing similar vibes to Calgary, with details inspired by Cabo and that hotel specifically…It is honestly impossible to pick a single detail that we loved the most… Walking in and seeing the design come to life for the first time was a moment we will never forget. It felt like it was out of a magazine.”

Gorgeous Bride with Bold Suited Groom

Taylor & River went from college sweethearts to saying “I do” in this sprawling rustic barn wedding in Newport Beach. Originally from Washington, they wanted to give their out-of-state family and friends the Newport Beach treatment (without the price tag) with a gorgeous rural SoCal setting as opposed to traditional beach portraits. Giracci Vineyards, nestled in Silverado Canyon, provided the perfect place for them; the romantic outdoor landscaping provided a gorgeous backdrop and a modern white-walled barn created a chic, rather than rustic impression. While Newport Coast weddings are known for their high-ticket price tag, this wedding totaled $75,000 for their budget!

Keep reading to see how to elevate and modernize a rural wedding with some Southern California glamour! All photography by the talented Brogen Jessup Photography

A Taste of Home For Their Wedding Day

Because their work takes them all over the country, as River is a professional football player (at the time of the wedding, playing for the 49ers), they chose to tie the knot at their home base in beautiful Southern California. What made the day even more special was their choice to get ready at a family friend’s house in Newport Beach! This luxurious estate was perfect against the girls’ neutral tones and the groom’s pop of color.

Modern Lace Bridal Gown

Full Lace Wedding Gown

Taylor’s gown from Love and Lace Bridal Salon was a standout compliment to this backdrop. Instead of a traditional veil, she opted for clip on bows on each shoulder, which added a modern and dramatic flair to her ensemble. What a fun and creative alternative!

River opted for a bold and non-traditional groom style with this custom burgundy suit from The Grotto Menswear. Paired with clean, white sneakers this outfit created a perfect pop of color against the wedding’s gold and cream palette.

Barn Reception, But Make It Refined

The reception later moved into Giracci’s Cabernet Barn, adorned with a twinkle light canopy strung over the dining tables to provide a romantic & intimate setting. The gorgeous event design was created by Fawn Events, who had this to say about the style:

“Rich colorful accents contrasted against the neutral wood and cream backdrop painted by the farm tables and textured linens, and the floral drove home the look overall. While we wanted modern, we didn’t want to veer too far away from what the venue inspired… capturing that without crossing the line into too rustic! Incorporating the traditional muted eucalyptus greenery, we opted away from garlands and chose lush, breakaway centerpieces with accents of toffee roses, creamy tones, and hints of quicksand to add dimension to their tables.”

Chic Rustic Wedding Reception

Taylor & River wanted a fun dance party, as this was an opportunity to reunite with their college crowd. The DJ setlist included nostalgic songs from their alma mater, and they passed out glow sticks & light up glasses to create a fun, funky rave-like dance party! Taylor’s reception dress was a sexy, layered corset-style dress which was a perfect transition from the ambient, candle-lit dinner to the fun, late night party.

Sexy Lace Reception Dress

From the designer: “We successfully brought together the best of two worlds: Newport Beach ritz and classic country rustic – It was the perfect modern design with the perfect injection of fun to bring it home!”

Rebecca and Megan are two Baltimore brides that radiated love and warmth into a soft industrial style wedding day! Prompted by the Supreme Court’s controversial ruling on abortion, these brides were, like many in the LGBTQ+ community, concerned about their rights being taken away as well. They knew in that moment that they weren’t getting married next month or next year, but that week!

Follow along to see how these lovely ladies created a last minute artful and unique intimate wedding. All photography by Barbara O Photography .

Enjoy a yacht party, pool party, wine tasting tour, or dance the night away in San Diego's best clubs.

Plan the Ultimate Bachelorette Party in San Diego

San Diego, California is known for its beautiful beaches and top-notch party spots. With year-round mild weather and the famous Gaslamp Quarter, the city offers plenty of sunshine and a variety of activities for Bach party groups to enjoy. If sunny beaches, luxury yacht parties, club-hopping, and exquisite wine tasting are on your bestie’s must-have list, this is the perfect destination city to experience all of them. Planning your bachelorette party should not be difficult, with dozens of great ideas for daytime and nightlife activities in the San Diego area. When you hire an expert party planner, it will be as easy as 1-2-3.

1. Finding the Best Accommodations

Plan the Ultimate Bachelorette Party in San Diego

Depending on your bachelorette party’s focus, you have a wide array of Bach party-friendly places to rent. When your best friend is a beach girl, it is best to rent a cute beach house. She will get to enjoy the surf, sand, and beautiful sunsets every day. There are plenty of sun-filled activities in all the beach communities such as surfing, Stand-Up-Paddle boarding (SUP), bike riding, and simply laying on the beach working on your tan. When you want to go to clubs to dance the night away, we suggest staying at The Pendry or the Andaz hotel. Both hotels are in the buzzy Gaslamp Quarter, within walking distance of dozens of bars and eateries. When you want to explore the city’s vibrant nightlife, staying in the Gaslamp Quarter is guaranteed fun party town. Pendry offers on-site everything you need for a memorable bachelorette party: rooftop pool, restaurants, party venues, bars, and more.

2. Planning Your Activities

Plan the Ultimate Bachelorette Party in San Diego

San Diego has something to offer everyone in your bachelorette party group from surf classes and yoga on the beach to pool parties on a rooftop and a relaxing spa day. Girls love to have fun on the beach, and the sun-sea-beach combo makes the San Diego area the perfect setting for bachelorette party weekends.

Party on the beach

Start your bachelorette party with adventures on the water. Surfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or snorkeling classes are the perfect way to unwind and have lots of fun. Here is a shortlist of some of the best surfing beaches in the San Diego area:

  • Ocean Beach
  • Mission Beach
  • Pacific Beach
  • La Jolla Shores
Sunset cruise and yacht party

What’s the perfect way to celebrate the guest of honor who loves the water? Charter a luxury yacht, sailboat, or pontoon boat for a few hours on the water. Imagine you and your besties enjoying the breeze and the scenic view, while sipping your mimosas, on board a luxury yacht as the waves take you into the magic of the ocean. There are a plethora of yachts specially designed for bach parties where you can indulge in delicious food, and drinks and enjoy the breath-taking sunset.

Brewery tour in the craft beer capital

San Diego has some of the top craft breweries in the country and your girls will be thrilled to taste a selection of the finest craft beers. Rent a fun party bus for a San Diego Brewery Tour and get ready for a fun experience. During your tour, you’ll get to see how the beers are made and taste award-winning Pale Ales, IPAs, or Hard Kombuchas.

Wine tasting in Temecula Valley Wine Country

Home to acres of rolling hills, picturesque vineyards, and a wide selection of world-class wines, Temecula Valley offers a unique bachelorette party experience. It’s the perfect place to indulge in exquisite wines, food, and incredible views. Our favorite wineries are the party wineries that offer good music, great wine, epic Instagramable views, and delicious snacks.

  • Somerset Winery – a quaint place with great music on the weekends and a food truck with a rotating menu. We highly recommend their rosé.
  • Wilson Creek – a large property with plenty of areas to sit, restaurants to eat, and live music on the weekends.

They are part of the Temecula Valley Wine Growers Association, so show your support by drinking lots of wine.

Dance the night away

When night comes, take your group to explore the vibrant San Diego nightlife. The Gaslamp Quarter, with 16 blocks of rooftop bars, restaurants, and nightclubs, is where you’ll find the perfect party spot to dance the night away. Here are some of my fave spots for bachelorette parties:

  • Bloom – Epic nightclub with killer sound system they are notorious for EDM.
  • Fluxx – another high-energy nightclub that features a circular dance floor and VIP tables placed right in the center of the action.
  • Parq – awesome spot to hear Hip Hop all night long.

All of these clubs have bottle service and we have the in’s for getting VIP status to reserve the best tables.

Bachelorette Party Games That Your Besties Will Actually Want To Play https://www.weddingchicks.com/bachelorette-showers/bachelorette-party-games-that-your-besties-will-actually-want-to-play/ Thu, 28 Apr 2022 09:00:00 +0000 You're bound to have some downtime at any bachelorette party and games are a great way to keep the party going. As we're sure you know some games can be cringey, so the team at XO Fetti rounded up some games that your besties will actually want to play!

Bachelorette Party Games That Your Besties Will Actually Want To Play

The best weekend ever has FINALLY arrived. Aside from all of the amazing dinners, dance parties, and beach days you already have planned, you’ll want to make sure that you keep the party going even during the bits of downtime. Unfortunately, bachelorette party games can sometimes feel like awkward ice-breakers, especially if you’re getting a new group of girls together for the first time. Luckily, we’ve compiled a list of non-cringe bachelorette game ideas that are sure to get your entire squad sipping and LOLing all night long.

Bachelorette Bingo

Bachelorette Party Games That Your Besties Will Actually Want To Play

Need a last-minute and inexpensive bachelorette game that pairs great with a spiked seltzer? Keep it simple on your first day of the trip with bachelorette bingo. Get creative and hand-make your templates or purchase a set online for only a couple of bucks.

Truth or Drink

Truth or drink is like the R-rated version of truth or dare. Luckily, you don’t need to buy anything except a bottle of your favorite booze. Make a list of some silly questions to ask the bride squad. If you are looking to make things a bit naughty you can even add some naughty straws to the game to mix things up a bit. If you are too shy to share? Take a shot!

Panty Party

Bachelorette Party Games That Your Besties Will Actually Want To Play

Have your girls show off their personalities by asking them all to bring you a pair of undies that represents them. The bride then has to match the underwear to the bachelorette. Clearly, everything can be turned into a drinking game, so if you want to spice it up just add tequila.

PowerPoint Party

If you’re on TikTok you’re probably familiar with this trend. A PowerPoint party is the perfect bachelorette game if you’re planning a girl’s night in. Choose a topic (the weirder the better) and ask your friends to do a presentation on it. Make sure if you play this game you get the bride-to-be in her sash and veil front and center for some attention. Need some saucy inspiration? Try “Are they hot or are they just tall?”

The Newlywed Game

Have the bachelorette party host make a list of questions for the bride’s soon-to-be spouse to answer before the party starts. Then, have the bride guess what her fiance’s answers were to each one. If she gets it right the entire bride squad has to sip their cocktail. If she gets it wrong, the bride has to take a swig.

How Well Do You Know The Bride?

Figure out who’s been paying attention all these years with this true best friend test. Make a list of questions for your bachelorettes to answer. Wrong answers end in shots, obvi.

Prosecco Pong

Bachelorette Party Games That Your Besties Will Actually Want To Play

We all know beer pong, but have you heard of prosecco pong? AKA the cuter, yummier, and classier version of the frat boy favorite. Use some of xo, Fetti’s bachelorette party supplies like their Bride Tribe cups and pink ping pong balls for some extra girly vibes.

Truth or Dare Jenga

Bring back some 90s nostalgia with this fun take on a classic family activity turned bachelorette party game. Buy a new set of Jenga and write a terrifying truth on one side and a devilish dare on the other side of each block. Have each member of your bride tribe choose truth or dare as they take turns pulling blocks. Whoever makes the tower fall goes skinny dipping in the pool!

Bachelorette Experience Alternative

You probably already know this, but Nashville is the #1 destination for bachelorette parties. Generally speaking, most of the Nashville bachelorettes barhop on broadway,  jump on a pedal tavern or party bus and woo-hoo all night. That’s all super fun, but what if you’re not looking for sashes, cowboy hats and screaming at each other over the music downtown? Don’t get me wrong, there’s definitely a time and a place for that. You just might be looking for something a little more – how shall I put this – grown up?

I mean, about 1 in 10 brides are over 40, let that sink it and feel free to take that however you want. I’m just saying that there definitely is something here for everyone – from young party animals with unlimited energy to a bit more mature, maybe a little more reserved and a lot more tired. If it suits you, you can create a bachelorette experience instead of a rager. Maybe you’re into something more subdued for your prenuptial celebration (compared to Downtown Nashville standards anyway). I’d personally like to introduce you to one of the best dinning experiences in Nashville and coincidentally, the perfect place to host your bachelorette dinner or even your bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, engagement party, or micro wedding. Get a little more info about private events here.

We’re not talking about just having a dinner with your leading ladies and/or gentlemen – we’re talking about a fully immersive culinary experience that everyone will remember the next day and honestly, like, for the rest of their lives. First, let’s dive into the Chef and the restaurant a little bit.

James Beard Award Winner Chef RJ Cooper

Saint Stephen is the Best Dining Experience in Nashville

Say hello to Saint Stephen, hands down the best restaurant in Nashville. Actually it sits smack dab in the middle of Germantown, which is THE cutest neighborhood in Nashville. It’s walkable to music venues and the First Horizon Park and countless other bars and restaurants. I’ll be honest, it’s my personal favorite spot to eat in all of Nashville. Saint Stephen is led by James Beard Award-winning Chef RJ Cooper, and features totally creative, sometimes mind boggling, innovative takes on fresh and local cuisine.

Saint Stephen is the Best Dining Experience in Nashville

Saint Stephen is set up with an ultra cool vibe with moody lighting and an open kitchen with, of course, a nod to the Grateful Dead. It’s perfect for a casual lunch, a super fancy date, an intimate or large party, or even a corporate event. You might be asking yourself “Why do you love Saint Stephen so much?” You’ll just have to keep reading to hear a little backstory and how we came to know and love Saint Stephen.

Saint Stephen

We were introduced to Saint Stephen during Covid when restaurants were just starting to open back up. It was the summer of 2020 and it only took one visit to fall in love with the food and the entire Saint Stephen team. We quickly made it our once-a-week spot and have never looked back. I’m talking every Friday that’s humanly possible, birthday celebrations, when friends come to town or a Saturday for an unexpected Pop Up menu. Saint Stephen is one of the rare restaurants that keeps things interesting and exciting by reinventing its menu almost biweekly. Every time the menu changes, it’s a whole new experience.

Chef RJ’s is definitely not your typical chef, but he does have some of the “expected chef quantities” – a little ego and a lot fussy. I’m kidding, but I’m not. IYKYK. In all seriousness, he did everything in his power to stay open for this staff AND he regularly gives back to the community. From donating holiday meals to families in need to working with non-profits like Café Momentum (which I’ll mention more about a little later).

The Saint Stephen Team Highlights

Saint Stephen is the Best Dining Experience in Nashville

From Saint Stephen about Chef de Cuisine Chef Corey Hargis:

Raised in Indianapolis, Indiana, our Chef de Cuisine grew up cooking with his mother and grandmother and fell in love with the kitchen. Hargis’ believes simple food is the best food because it has less to hide behind, he truly lets the ingredients do the talking and prides himself on using local produce, using 100% of the product & preserving as much as possible. His ingenuity shines when pulling in French influences, he favors the homey countryside feeling the culture exudes. Much like Chef RJ, Hargis’ favorite thing about the industry is the camaraderie in the kitchen and being able to pass knowledge onto others while helping future generations of cooks be the best they can be. Say a big hello to him next time you’re in.. one of the best parts of having an open kitchen!

Saint Stephen is the Best Dining Experience in Nashville

From Saint Stephen about Culinary Team Member Isaiah:

Isaiah came to Saint Stephen seeking a real culinary experience as a front of house server and bartender. Little did he know @chefrj would soon lure him into the kitchen with a quick question, “hey, do you know how to hold a knife and want to make extra money?” He finds cooking “as similarly detail oriented as producing music or filmmaking. “mise en scene” for film is extremely similar in praxis to “mise en place” for cooking.” Isaiah is all about the little details that go missed by most and is always driven to create an exceptional experience for an audience, or rather, our guests. Give him a shout next time you’re in, he’s one of the coolest guys we know.

Create a Wedding Party Experience

Ok, so you want to create an “experience” your wedding party won’t forget right? Skip the sashes and drunken escapades for just this ONE night and get yourself into Saint Stephen for their Secret Society. The Secret Society is multi-course tasting counter at the chef’s bar in the open kitchen. It’s an incredible once in a lifetime experience. You’ve probably never tasted what’s going to be served to you and probably won’t ever again. The menu is ever changing based on the season and what’s available locally. This is not just dinner, this is a totally interactive and immersive experience.

Saint Stephen is the Best Dining Experience in NashvilleSaint Stephen is the Best Dining Experience in Nashville

Get to know Chef RJ or Chef Corey Hargis up close and personal and if your’e lucky you’ll get to say hi to Isaiah and watch him in action too. It’s an experience that includes listening, tasting and learning about unique food, interacting with the incredible staff, and, of course, sipping the perfect pairing. And it’s a damn good time.

Or Just Reserve a Table

Maybe you’re looking to interact with your wedding party and would rather immerse yourself in each other. Well, that’s great! Just reserve a table smack dab in all the action in the main dining room or request the coveted Artist Nook where you’ll find countless signatures of legends from Nashville and beyond.

Saint Stephen is the Best Dining Experience in Nashville

Order literally anything on the menu as shared plates, or ask your server for Chef’s choice and let your meal be a delicious surprise. Taste and pass plates, but be sure to ask Kevin, our favorite bartender, to recommend the perfect pairing of wine. His knowledge of wine is off the charts and he loves to share. Not sure what kind of experience you want? Call Saint Stephen and ask for the General Manager, Chase, and he’ll guide to to the perfect experience for your party.

Café Momentum

Saint Stephen is the Best Dining Experience in Nashville

Saint Stephen works with Café Momentum, a 501(c)(3), that provides a transformative experience for youth coming out of juvenile facilities. These kids rotate through all aspects of the restaurant, focusing on life and social skills, coaching and development. Café Momentum teaches young adolescents that it is possible to break the cycle of violence and crime by creating environments for these youth where they can gain self-confidence and learn marketable skills to ensure a more successful future.

Weddingstar Gave Us 3 Reasons Why November Is the Perfect Time to Propose

In case you missed it (or haven’t started tracking all the ‘wedding’ holidays yet #OnceYouKnowYouKnow), Thanksgiving kicks off engagement season, but the rest of November is National Gratitude Month. With that said, we caught up with one of our favorite wedding accessories brands, Weddingstar, and came up with a list of three reasons why popping the question to your friends and fam during the month of November is the actual best idea ever. Don’t get us wrong, wedding party proposals are fun ANY time of the year, but there’s just something about November that has us convinced this is just the time to do it. Read on, friends!

But first, thanks

Weddingstar Gave Us 3 Reasons Why November Is the Perfect Time to Propose

If you’ve just gotten engaged and find yourself itching to play Casting Director for your wedding party—hey, it’s true, every girl or guy in your group definitely has a role i.e. “The One Who…” and it’s the best. A true ensemble, if we’ve ever seen one—remember that there’s one big thing you need to do first. Before all the tagging in Insta comments, late night anxiety texting to all your best problem solvers, and doling out of all the bridesmaid and groomsmen (bridesmen and groomsmaids, too!) responsibilities, you need to thank everyone for being the people who you love, adore, and want to be by your side on your wedding day, in the first place.

Asking your crew starts with a gesture of gratitude before you ask them the all-important question. And you don’t have to wait until your wedding weekend to say “Thank you for everything you’ve done to get us here.” In fact, we encourage the thanks to come well before that, and Weddingstar has everything you could ever want to express your appreciation to your favorite people. 👉Bridesmaid and groomsman proposal boxes, for the win!

Popping the question in November

Why it rocks

Weddingstar Gave Us 3 Reasons Why November Is the Perfect Time to Propose

It’s that time when… Everyone you know is back home for the holidays

Now, granted, we’re still in the midst of a pandemic, so we’re still all proceeding with caution when it comes to socializing. But it’s true, once Halloween is over and Thanksgiving is in the wings 🦃, your friends (even the ones who might live on a different coast, but still follow their hearts home) will be coming home to spend time with loved ones and you’ll be able to reunite, just like you all did in college.

It’s that time when… Me time still needs to be prioritized, because holiday mayhem is about to begin

It’s that time when… Everyone starts thinking about 2022 and all the dates they need to save in the coming year

November is essentially when people start planning ahead for the new year, so if you can pop your question and know that your VIPs are all locked in, you can also start giving them some dates to save. From your engagement party and bridal shower to your bachelor/bachelorette celebrations and all the one-off events that come to fruition along the way (dress and/or suit shopping, group bonding outings, etc.), you’re going to want all your bests in attendance—so syncing your calendars ASAP is the best way to go.

You don’t always have to think outside of the box when you say thanks
